Mixed greens combined with flavorful chicken in a cellophane noodle wrapper.  Served with crushed peanut, and sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Chicken Curry Puffs (2 pcs)                                                                                                                             

Marinated minced chicken with yellow curry powder, onion, and potato wrapped with puffy pastry then fried until golden brown.

Hoi Jow (4 pcs)                                                                                                                                               

Real crab meat, minced chicken, and shitake mushroom marinated with Thai spices, wrapped with bean curd skin

then fried, and served with plum sauce.

           

Angel Shrimp (3 pcs.)                                                                                                                                     

Jumbo shrimp wrapped with marinated minced chicken, shitake mushroom, cellophane noodle, and Thai spices, then breaded and fried.  It is served together with our homemade plum sauce.

 

Salmon Rolls (2 rolls)                                                                                                                                      

Marinated filet of salmon, wrapped with marinated sweet rice, and sesame seeds, then wrapped with seaweed and rice skin, fried until golden brown served with special Thai herb sauce.

Panang Salmon (mild spicy)                                                                                                                           

Grilled filet of salmon glazed with our peanut curry sauce.  The dish is served together with steamed vegetables and jasmine rice.

 

Grilled Salmon in banana leafs                                                                                                                        

Filet of salmon marinated with Thai herbs, wrapped with banana leafs then grilled until its perfection.  It is served together with a spicy lime dipping sauce. (a must to try)

 

Tilapia Tamarind                                                                                                                                           

Crispy fried breaded tilapia glazed with our homemade sweet and sour tamarind sauce, served together with steamed mixed vegetable.

 

Goong Priew Wan                                                                                                                                          

Steamed jumbo shrimp glazed with Thai style sweet and sour sauce together with onion, tomato, cucumber, red and green bell paper, and scallion.

 

Shrimp Rama                                                                                                                                                 

Jumbo shrimp cooked with our homemade Thai peanut sauce and yellow curry power, served with steamed napa cabbage and broccoli.

 

Chicken Pandan (9 pcs.)                                                                                                                                  

White meat chicken breast marinated with Thai spices, then wrapped with Pandan leaves and fried, served with tamarind sauce.

 

Chili-Shrimp                                                                                                                                                   

Grilled jumbo white shrimp glazed with a zesty chili garlic sauce.  Served with rice and steamed vegetables.
